- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been calling there more than a week trying to get a simple question answered. I am put on hold repeatedly, with that godawful music that keeps cutting in and out. My phone keeps track of how long I've been on and more than 3 times I've hung up after being on hold for more than 15 minutes. When I do get through I have to explain my issue to strangers again and again, so they can tell me someone is going to get back to me. Still hasn't happened.April 19, 2017by Ydnam Ttocs
